Team Event - Halloween Themed

Service Description

*When registering, please designate your team's level of play. Thank you! Looking for 4 teams in the 3.5 range and 4 teams in the 2.5-3.0 range! Each team must have 2 males and 2 females because we play gender doubles and mxd doubles. Registration covers all 4 players. I will provide playing tips during matches as well as some strategy tips for this format. This event is a very fun format you don't want to miss! We will have 2 brackets where each bracket will play 3 other teams in their division. Come up with a team name and dress to match. Best team name and look will be rewarded.

Cancellation Policy

Please understand that spots available for clinics/lessons/camps are limited. We understand that sometimes, unexpected events can occur, making schedule adjustments. If you need to cancel your registration for an AY event, we respectfully request at least 48 notice. Our Cancellation Policy: - Any cancellation or reschedule made 48 hours in advance will receive a full refund, minus the website processing fee. - Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 48 hours in advance will not receive a refund. - In the case that you no-show the event you are still responsible for the amount of the clinic. You will not be refunded. If you have not paid for the event you will be sent an invoice with the amount due. - We understand that life happens, in the event of an unavoidable emergency please contact us.
